Kool Deadwood Nites 2024
Celebrating 30 years this August 2024, Kool Deadwood Nites is Deadwood’s most exciting and classic fun annual event!
Every summer, more than ten thousand car enthusiasts cruise to the Historic City of Deadwood, in the famous Black Hills of South Dakota to indulge in a 4 day trip down memory lane into Deadwood's largest annual event, Kool Deadwood Nites. Kool Deadwood Nites is a popular gathering of beautiful classic cars, custom hot rods, 50's and 60's classic concerts with of course, dancing in the streets! All in addition to Historic Deadwood favorites, the shopping, the food, the drinks, and of course, the casinos!
In 2024, Kool Deadwood Nites will be celebrating its 30th year and will continue to feature a jam-packed schedule of fun and events, just to name a few of the favorites:
A full day Poker Run Contest throughout the Black Hills, finished with a Kool and festive Awards Party at Tin Lizzie Resort & Casino.
Annual Classic Car & Memorabilia Auction at the Deadwood Mountain Grand hosted by McPherson Auction & Realty.
Free daily and nightly Concerts performed on the grand stage right on Historic Main Street featuring top-notch bands playing your favorite 50's & 60's oldies but goodies. Make sure you come bright and early, bring a chair and snag a good spot in the crowd!
The KDN Parade which brings each of the registered cars on a cruise down Main Street followed by the Show & Shine where the cars are parked and displayed along Deadwood Main Street for everyone's viewing pleasure.
Finally and certainly an event highlight, the Official KDN Awards show!
In an old, Western town like Deadwood, this is quite a sight to see!
Only in Deadwood, only in August, only during Kool Deadwood Nites can families, couples, singles, locals and tourists of all ages join in the fun, the live music, the outdoor dancing and most importantly, the cars!
